Policies when visiting Guest house “L’Opera”:
Check-in is from 14:00 (2pm).
Check-out is up to 12:00 (12pm).
The price per night includes 9% VAT and tourist tax.
Smoking on the territory of the hotel is strongly prohibited, with exception of the designated areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Children up to 2 years old are accommodated at no extra charge.
People under the age of 18 are allowed only accompanied or with an explicit notarized power of attorney with parental consent.
IMPORTANT!!! Inform us for the time of your arrival!
Our reception is open from 08:00 to 18:00 (8am to 6pm) and check-in from 14:00 to 18:00 (2pm to 6pm).
To check-in after 18:00 (6pm), it is mandatory to provide us with the time of your arrival. In case you are arriving outside of that time, you can make the check-in by yourself. You can use the а code that we will provide you at the day of the check- in, followed by the button “#” to open the front door of the guest house. After you enter in the guest house, on your left you will see a wall with safes. There will be a safe with the number of your room, where you can find the key for your room and a chip which you can use to enter through the front door of the guest house. You can open the safe by entering a code that we will provide you at the day of the check-in, followed by the button “A” and then rotating the handle. After you check-in, you will have keys, so you can always go in and out of the guest house, disregarding the reception time. You can always contact us by email or phone for any changes or questions.
